Training and support in the field are critical for maintaining continuing operations. We are searching for partners located close to field operations to provide local service and support.
Detailed operations manuals are provided with each system, along with lists of spare parts. Where possible, systems are designed on a modular basis so they can be quickly repaired.
Demining systems are not expected to have a long operational life. Non functional units can be stripped for spare parts that can be catalogued and shipped between integrators as required.
Remote video conferencing is available for remote technical troubleshooting and support for in-field service personnel.
